The fluctuation persisted for more than a week then stabilized. In granule 2008062.1545 the increased noise and fluctuating b1 returned and has persisted continuously for over two weeks. The percentage of scans out of spec on a granule basis has been consistently around 50% during that period. It was agreed to change the QA flag status of this detector to "Noisy". All other Detector Quality Flags in the new table piece remain the same as those in the time stamped table piece 2007359.1020.
